description says that every 0 attacks it gives bonus magic damage and gives 1000% attack speed passively

I would play a champion who's only abilities were those two passives.
Carnarius I did a bug report on this, and if you look closer you would see it's not this that's wrong His Red card supposedly slows enemies' movement speed by -3000% for 0 seconds and the description of his R says you can teleport up to 180/150/120 units away, even though it shouldn't change at all.
