GAMEPLAY/SPECTATOR - On-Hit Effects Consumed When Attacking Noxious Trap

I was spectating a game and saw a Sona player attack a revealed mushroom three times. The first used her Power Chord projectile, the second two did not.

The mushroom was revealed by an allied turret's true sight. Sona and Teemo were both using base skins. I can't test this myself in a game because I have no friends and there is no Teemo Bot yet.
