[Client] Ranked Inactivity Notification Displaying Wrong Info

I recently lost a game resulting in demotion to Silver 2, but the notification says I was demoted to Silver 1 for being inactive. However, I play ranked often enough and was demoted to 2, not 1.

Reproduction steps: (unsure if this is accurate, but this is what happened)

1. Lose a ranked solo/duo game to get demoted a tier/division
2. Observe the inactivity notification displaying wrong info
