I was given my first win in my series. Played one game, lost, and was told that I failed to complete it successfully. Riot system fail.

Did you dodge one of your matches? Dodging during your series gives you an automatic loss.

No. I didn't dodge. I was kicked one game bc of failing to "lock in" but it wasn't my fault...Riot server failed.
