4.20 Azir's wall bug return

I thought Azir's wall bug got hotfixed without any notifications. However, at the blue golem entrance in front of dragon pit, I ulted there and riven just literally walk right pass through it without using anything and no flash.

In addition, I tried ulting someone against a wall, and they popped onto my side of the ult, totally defeating the purpose.
