I'll hit accept. It will show that I've accepted, then it will just pop me out and say you've declined the ready check. I've also been kicked out of lobbies and have it say the same thing, only I don't lose any LPs for dodging Queue. It's happened to friends as well.

I'm getting this every game. I am hitting accept but it's saying I'm declining the ready check. Tried restarted the client and everything. Super annoying

Having this too and I reported it via the in-client bug report.

The sequence of happenings is usually like that:

I get called for a match and I press the ready button, all seems ok.
I wait to enter the character selection lobby but some1 fails the ready check and I'm put back in queue.
I get called again nearly instantly but the ready button is grey and inactive, I can't press it and I end up being kicked out.
