Can't buy RP.....AGAIN!...

I have to CCs saved to my account and whenever I try to purchase RP to get some of the new skins it says "You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts in 24 hours. Please wait 24 hours then try again"

Nothing is being entered wrong...account is verified so I don't need to put in the CVC code...honestly this is very annoying. I don't know how long the skins will be available but I'm going to be extremely pissed if I don't get to buy the ones I want because of this issue. Fix please!
