Multiple Bugs

In game, my game will have severe bugs that have multiple effects. 1, My mouse cursor is the normal windows cursor, not the League In-game cursor. 2, I cannot open the in-game chat by hitting ENTER, and I do not have any keybinds for chat. 3, My pings get stuck in-game, sending the same kind no matter what.

These are all happening in the game. Not in the client. This issue is becoming more and more common, even happening inside of Custom Games.
