[GAMEPLAY] Jayce's ultimate Transform does not work with Essence flare whatsoever
Essence reaver's essence flare does not work for Jayce whatsoever, despite working for similar champions with unorthodox ultimates.

That's not a bug. They made it so that it doesn't work on his "ult" since it really isn't an ultimate. I believe it should work the same way with Nidalee and Elise.
Jayces R isnt an ultimate ability, you dont put any points into it, q w e all have 6 ranks instead of 5
