[GAMEPLAY] Ahri/Jarvan Charm Not Working As Intended.

I apologize for the poor graphics quality; I have better graphics in game but the recorder doesn't like to save that at all.

So, here's what happens broken down-- first, this is worth mentioning: In Patch 6.4, Ahri's Charm was nerfed so that it would no longer interrupt dashes until they completed:

If we break this down, Irelia stuns me before I can do anything. Then, Ahri's Charm hits me right about the same time as I cast my dash. It's virtually the same moment, and it took me several re-watches to make sure that my dash went off just barely before her Charm actually hit me. The cast happens maybe .05 seconds before it hits; it's extremely close. **Keep in mind that if I was crowd controlled before dashing, it would have been impossible to cast it in the first place. ** After my animation initially starts, just barely before her Charm hits me, Jarvan's character model bends a little more forward. Afterwards, the dash starts, and in the middle of it, about a 1/3rd of the way through, Jarvan is yanked backwards, pulled out of his dash entirely and effectively crowd controlled.

Step-by-step on how to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the dash

  2. Right as the dash starts (or possibly in the middle of it), have Ahri's Charm hit Jarvan

  3. Watch what happens.

I'm not sure if this is specific to Ahri and Jarvan, or if it affects other Champions as well in relation to Ahri.

The event was not isolated; it happened earlier in the same game. I questioned if it happened or if I maybe misunderstood it, so I decided to go against recording it initially until it happened again, this time much much more clear that it was not/is not working as intended.

I've played as Ahri against Alistar and Leblanc and Akali , and my e never interrupted their dashes. Have you ever considered that jarvan's e and q move is not considered a dash? I don't play Jarvan, so correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just throwing ideas around.
