Can't level up Viktor's abilities after hexcore skill upgrade

I got Viktor on ARAM and everytime I bought an upgrade for my hex core then upgraded one of my abilities, my HUD bugged out a bit and I could no longer level up any of my abilities. I had to disconnect and reconnect to fix it after each upgrade.

Might be worth checking to make sure the same thing isn't happening with Kha'zix too
