Evelynn causes game to freeze when I first see her Q

Whether she's on my team at Blue for a leash or ganking on the enemy team, the first time I see an Evelynn use Q on my screen, my screen freezes for a few seconds. (At least I assume it's her Q. If we're leashing her at Blue, her first ability taken is Q. In a gank, it's level 3 and could be a number of things)

It's long enough to give up an unnecessary first blood.

This has happened every single game I've had an Evelynn since the new season quests dropped.
