League Not Quitting Properly

Closing league to dodge a game often leaves residual parts in memory and requires me to manually close them in order to open the client again. This wasn't the case in 9.14.

I'm not sure if it has relevance, but I do have old League installs on the computer too because it's the only way to play those replays.
