you can still "outrun" twitch ult autoattacks at max range. you can outspeed them if you stand "inside of twitch" (j4 ult) then twitch utl cant hit you as its hitbox starts at the tip of his crossbow. and you are too close to it lol.

might aswell turn veigars ult into an ad scaling spell thats global but you have to leftclick on a ward toi use it.
AidanWR1 votesNo, because it's really hard to dodge. It's like trying to dodge Lucian's q, but without an indicator. Rek'Sai's ult is fairly easy to dodge, if you know what you're doing, and has a similar mechanic, but she doesn't ult many times. And even with mobility, Twitch's ult is hard to dodge (if he didn't position himself poorly). Plus, that comparison makes no sense
