No LP gained from winning a match, losing team gained LP?

We just won a match and gained NO LP whatsoever - but the losing team did.

Riot already said not to play ranked right now because they were finding a fix for this. You can look at the yellow exclamation mark beside the play button where riot says what they are working on.

I thought the same thing until I checked on my profile and hovered over my rank.

I only got 17 LP for my win when I usually get 30-34.
