[Game Issue] Lag and reconnects making it impossible to move

Thank you for giving my opponents a free win Riot.

Not only did my ms jump from 200-6000 to even 1000 at one point so that I could never move my Vel'koz and get continuously lagged out near a turret or the approaching enemy. Not only did i end up missing all my abilities cause of delayed skill shots.

I also reconnect twice in game to se if that would fix it but all it did was put me behind in cs. I restarted my internet router and still nothing so therefore I've done all I could to solve the problem.

So my concern is, did you guys accidentally break your servers while breaking the games balance this preseason? I'm not the only player that I know of who's had major lag issues since this last patch.

So please if it is at all possible could you guys not let this happen to any other unfortunate players who have an entire game ruined by something out of their control. The game is frustrating enough as it is already without lag issues resulting in free wins for the enemy.
