Hard crash

My most recent match had the hardest crash I have ever had while playing League. Yes my laptop isn't great but it definitely can run League at medium. And this didn't happen just to me. First, it happened to the enemy team. They had captured baron and would've ended the game, but their jgler dced, then support and then so on allowing us to get an even footing so much so that we went all the way to their base. Then it happened to us. We had taken down their mid inhibitor. My top laner dced and then jgler. After that support and adc. I was the only one remaining. Then soon at the very end I crashed too but by the time I got back the game was over and we lost.

I have no idea why this happened. This was a really good game and the match went on for 70 minutes. I would really like some sort of Riot input on this
