Jarvan R sound bug

Occasionally when Jarvan initiates for his ult (when the cataclysm is made) the sound clip (DEMACIAAA!, FOR THE KING, etc) doesn't play until a few seconds after. Its really confusing even as the J4 player. Any else experience this?
