Chalice, Athenes and Mikael's still have the old Mana Font passive.

Confirmed on all three items: even though the item SAYS that it gives 1.5% max mana per 5 seconds, they all actually still give the 1% regen per 1% missing mana. Go into a game with one of these items and you can see your mana regen going down as your mana bar fills up, confirming that they still have the old passive and not the reworked passive.

This is causing them to be incredibly powerful items, as not only do they STILL have the old passive but they also have the aditional 50% mana regen that was added to the items.

Fix this please.
