Loading screen freeze

Hi,

Can you explain me WHY the loading screen is freezing into remake when I Alt+Tab this game ? This bug is from day 1. How can it still be there ? Very seriously : Is there any competent developer at Riot Games that can fix this or nobody has the required skills, idk, I want to understand how a bug can be there for 10 years ?
