Just had a weird bug that made me dodge a ranked game... (frustrating)

When I was in champ select I could see my friends list and the chat window but the rest of the window was all black and it was trying to load something. Made me dodge a ranked game. I lost 10 points and I have to wait 30 minutes (had already dodged one because of trolls in champ select). I was a game away from my promos too.

I'm extremely unlucky with this game. My friend who was in the same game told me I was there but when it was my time to pick I simply couldn't do anything.When I heard the sound that it was my time to pick I tried clicking everywhere, I tried alt tab and at some point I was bashing my keyboard...
