GAMEPLAY - Coin Quest

I was playing Sona and I got the Elixir of Skill. I held onto it rather than using it right away, and when I hit level 10 and got my level up ability I was able to rank my ultimate up to its 2nd level as if I had used the Elixir (it remained unused in my inventory).
