Low ping but a ton of rubber banding since november-ish

I usually get a solid 20 ping when I'm playing but for at least a month I've been getting terrible rubber banding in my games to the point where its hardly playable. Not sure if its my end (probably is), but its really annoying, any troubleshooting would be nice...
