Over a month of NIdalee being INCREDIBLY BUGGED

Nidalee movement has been bugged for about a month or so. I noticed in a while back, thought maybe it was just my crappy computer. Then other people started pointing it out, I see it on streams at high levels (people with top of the line computers, so clearly it is a Riot problem).

Basically, it's like she has a permanent lag effect. She skates around the map, she kinda teleports second to second. It makes it near impossible to land skill shots on her, and it makes it hard to dodge spears because she is standing near her turret one second, then she skates over a few blocks and shoots from behind minions. It catches you off guard and is extremely frustrating.

She NEEDS to be hotfixed and disabled as it is heavily affecting gameplay. The fact that it has been like this for weeks on end is extremely frustrating.
