Pregame Drops at 5 seconds left on timer; I get Leaver Buster

What? It was my turn to pick the champion. I picked with 5s remaining on the timer to lock it in and someone dodges. Yet for some reason, with time left on the clock, I got leaver buster just because I hadn't locked in yet. Whats the deal?

I got hoaxed. Lever Buster was fake. Refused game entry first time said 6:00 but I tried again after posting this with like 4 minutes left and it let me join. So something glitched.
