Nidalee traps in two camps

If you place a trap in two different camps as nidalee and they both go off but you only fight one camp, both camps' patience go down equally. Meaning in you start gromp but place a trap under blue buff, gromp will fight you for about three seconds before resetting along with the blue buff.
