Honor Icons in Loading Screens
Is it just me, or do honor icons just seem to randomly show or not during the match loading screen? Any idea why they don't consistently display?

Honor flairs only appear following games where the honorable player in question receives at least 1 honor from another player. If it's from a player in your premade party, you need at least 2 honors. If you want to consistently show off your honor flair, you have to strive to play honorably and receive honors. :)
You'll get the flair the next game if you were honored by someone (that hasn't been honoring you consistently) last game.
You have to be honored by 1 random player or by 2 premade players the game before in order to see the Honor Flair during loading screen.
