Yasuo's E broke mid-game

Sadly i do not have footage or screenshots of this, but what happened was about 15-20 minutes through my game as yasuo, my E completely stopped working. When i say completely, I mean for the rest of the game I couldn't dash through anything. I believe it happened when i dashed through the razor beak camp wall or some other wall, I am not exactly sure. But after it happened, yasuo remained floating in his dash animation for the rest of the game, everyone else could see it too, it looked kinda funny ;D but it sucked. My E did not say that it was on cooldown, rather it just refused to cast on anything and made the sound that happens when you try to cast any target spell without a target -- even when in range of an enemy. So yasuo remained flying with his hair flying back behind him the rest of the game while i walked... He stood still normally, it was only while moving. This is seriously a game-breaking bug. I tried to die, reconnect, and relog but it couldn't be fixed. Needless to say, I went 1/16/6 and we lost miserably due to this bug.
