When I click on in game sometimes, it doesn't respond

So, yeah sometimes when I cilck on a champ,minion,monster or the ground in-game it doesn't respond sometimes, I know this isn't my mouse, because it never happens when i'm going on a website or something. I've tried repairing my client as well, but that does nothing.
