Hud constantly breaks

I don't want to repair my game everytime there's a new patch.

Also if you can't see, I don't have health bars displayed for some reason

This happens randomly sometimes when loading in. For me, I noticed it happens when I alt+tab back in either a lot while the game's loading, or right as the game starts.
