White outline cursor bug

In game, sometimes the cursor will randomly be outlined in white, it makes the game unplayable since you can't target the enemy with point-click spells and autos. I'm forced to restart the game since that's the only way to get rid of the bug. It's happened to me twice last game and it put me more behind that I already was.

Press ` to to fix it

It's a toggle option for "Target champion only" in your settings that you can remove. Do you remember ever turning it on btw?
