Random ultra bad connection to servers giving me leavebuster

Twice now in the last three weeks, I've had a random game where my connection to the riot servers is just terrible. My ping jumps up to the 10k+, i try to move and get warped back to spawn. Both of these times there were no other net issues at my house, other people were playing online via console and tablet's just fine, so it wasnt on my end.

I dont think its fair I get a leavebuster for something I have literally zero control over that randomly happens (only twice, not even like its been an issue frequently) and I am actually still in the game even the whole time. I dont leave because I'm trying to avoid getting punished, but still am punished because your servers arent accepting my connection.

Like Im literally still in the game. So basically I'm just being punished because rfor whatever random reason your server wants to ignore me?
