At a random time on any champion skill shot abilities or any ability that can be aimed will randomly fire in the exact opposite direction of where I was aiming.

The 2 champions it's happened to me on so far are Vel koz, Cassiopeia and Fizz. With Cass it tends to happen more often with her W where it'll randomly fire in the opposite direction. With velkoz it happened only once but it did it when I tried using my Q and R and both fired directly behind me. Finally with fizz it happens with his R where rather than going to where I've aimed it will instead drop directly at Fizz's feet on the opposite side of where the ult was aimed at.

This happens when your mouse goes over the HUD bar. I have tested by placing the curser directly on top of your own champion portrait on the HUD, and found that it causes it with 100% replication rate.
