Aiming bug

At a random time on any champion skill shot abilities or any ability that can be aimed will randomly fire in the exact opposite direction of where I was aiming.

The 2 champions it's happened to me on so far are Vel koz, Cassiopeia and Fizz. With Cass it tends to happen more often with her W where it'll randomly fire in the opposite direction. With velkoz it happened only once but it did it when I tried using my Q and R and both fired directly behind me. Finally with fizz it happens with his R where rather than going to where I've aimed it will instead drop directly at Fizz's feet on the opposite side of where the ult was aimed at.
