Game crashes with recent updates after victoy/defeat

Only been occuring since recent patches but its been VERY consistent. i have try rebooting as well as repairing game.

Sadly, this isn't new, it's been happening to a group of people even before the new SR came out, although its only recently been happening to me.

i have had this happen 2 times today both times it was the lower/left nexus, for me right as some one takes the first shot on the nexus i crash.

My client crashes consistently usually right as the other team surrenders. There are times it happens right as the chat text appears for the surrender. Extremely annoying. I dont want to risk a crash in a ranked game.

I have exactly the same issue since yesterday. whenever the "defeat" or "win" button should appear, the screen turns black instead, which makes me unable to proceed to the statsscreen.2 times i was able to send a report on that bug via bugsplat, but the last 12 times the screen keept beeing black and i was not even able to cancel LOL in taskmanager. only a reboot made windows work again.
