Support Site almost impossible to access + a few other problems

Ever since maybe last week (maybe more, I haven't tried accessing it in a long time) the Riot Games Support site loads absurdly slowly and often times fails to do so altogether. Running a ping plotter showed that hub number 9 has extreme packet loss and ping and is marked in red, which results in the same extreme ping and packet loss at the target hop (support.riotgames.com). Looking up the IP address of hop 9 resulted in "Access Denied" which, to me, explains quite a bit.

To that I have to add the still unresolved in-game ping issues. Your tech guys keep insisting that the problem is local, but my ISP and Ping Plotter have confirmed otherwise. The problematic hob in this case is owned by Riot Games, or at least the sites say so. What is it going to take to finally look into your systems and networks?
