this only seems to happen when i play sion. sometimes in mid game randomly ill be unable to use my Q or R abilities but the rest work fine. this has happen to me 3 times so far. i cant rebind them to make them work but when im dead and click the button it says you cant use that ability while dead so it is reading it. The only way i have found to fix it is log out of the game and log back in.
I've had this problem before. When you are at base, click the button to make the abilities smart cast, click apply, then press Q a few times. Then put them back to normal cast and it solved the problem. The problem seemed to be from if you got CC'ed or killed shortly after starting your Q channel, it prevents you from using your Q and R, but oddly enough seemed to be fixed by switching from normal cast to smart cast to use Q and switch back to normal cast.
I did try changing the binds but not smart cast. This seem to happen once a game with sion
i have had this happen to me twice in aram. it's super annoying.
