Opening Client

Everytime I log in now after this patch I have received this message. I am now hesitant about playing a game if there are connection issues. Is this happening to others if so did it occur after or before this patch? And if a Riot members sees this please let us know if there is something on your end, if not I will send in a support ticket :D
