Two bugs I've noticed in-game (no video evidence, sorry)

If someone could link video evidence of these that would be great thank you. They are more than minor bugs and could actually affect gameplay.

  1. As Jhin, the W cogwheel mark on my lane opponent was there forever after I hit a W. The symbol stayed for at least 15 minutes but it didn't proc the root unless I actually attacked (it was just a visual bug).
  2. On Howling Abyss, the outer health "icon?" on blue side sometimes doesn't show up. Pressing [Tab] will show that it has spawned, and you can still collect the health / proc redemption as normal, but the visual icon will not appear.

Can't confirm the Jhin one, but can definitely confirm that health relics are very bugged this patch on ARAM. If you tab, it'll say they're up, and you can grab them and redemption as normal, but they're invisible. Occasionally, the redemption after grabbing it may also be invisible.
