Loading screen changes my mouse sensitivity upon initial load

As soon as the loading screen comes up, my mouse sensitivity increases for some reason. It's not a big deal since I have time to change it but it's annoying to have to change it every single game I play. I use a Razer Deathadder and this problem never really happened with the mouse until about a few months ago.
