So, i have 2 things of concern

#1.. when throws her bubble.. if you are in the cast circle but make it out before the bubble lands she still procs Meteor .. is this suppose to happen?

#2 ... he comes in and throws his fear on you.. the targeted person during the cast.. i see the fear tether finish casting because it doesnt break.. and the effect of fear on my character.. then coming out of zhonyas i am in a feared state.

i am just curious if these 2 effects are intentional or just accepted?
