stalker blade doesn't provide vision of enemy
like shaco, evelyn, reng, twitch. please fix this.

spells that provide vision of enemies have been interacting weirdly lately, i'm guessing they changed it. basically, if you have something that provides vision like ignite, karma w, lulu e, cait trap, etc it doesn't provide vision anymore if the enemy enters stealth. if you cast it after they enter stealth you will get vision of them though.
Most abilities that grant vision of a target don't grant true vision, meaning they won't reveal stealthed targets. There are very few abilities that actually reveal stealth targets, 2 of which are Lee Sin's Q and E.
