Bug splat issue while in-game (edited with more info + vid)

Usually i don't report these sort of things but this one seems to be something that could be a huge problem if it happens frequently to others. Basically i was in a 2v2 fight at bot lane and i got lanterened into the enemy and used my Jinx rocket (R) up close. Right as i hit the R key, my screen went completely black for 3-4 seconds then shutdown and gave me a bugsplat. I figured this was just a random bug splat, however when i came back into the

game 1 of my other teammates got hit out right when i did.

I have no idea what would of caused this issue so i have no idea how i would go about making this pop up again.
