[CLIENT IN GAME] Flashing Transparent Health Bar and Can't Click Timers

Every about 100 games, I get a game where the health bar is transparent (invisible) and flashes red whenever I take damage. I do not enable or change any of my settings (and this does not happen in any of the other normal games). If I tab to look at the scoreboard, the dragon, baron, etc timers count down, but I cannot click them as the background for them is transparent too. After these games, I restart the client and the next game does not have this issue. I do not know if this has ever been reported but it affects both normal and ranked games.

I don't know if restarting mid game fixes this issue as I never tried it. The print screen button wouldn't take a picture with league in full screen mode so I don't know how much this helps.
