Another Mordekaiser bug (base stat bug again)

Base health per level is wrong Just give an example lv 1 : 530 lv 2: 587 (diff = 57) lv 3: 646 (diff = 59) lv 4: 707 (diff = 61) where the health per level should be 78!!

Just recall some bug I've reported previously Base AD per level is wrong in Morde lv 1: 61 lv 2: 65 (diff = 4) lv 3: 68 (diff = 3) where the AD per level should be 5!!

(Some other base stat may be also wrong in Morde, plz check)

Revitalize does NOT work in Morde

I know Riot hates this champ so much/ really don't care Plz don't make it even worse :(
