Taking snowball on Zoe in ARAM causes all kinds of bugs with her W.
So this is a pretty easy bug to reproduce and all it takes is for you to take Snowball as a summoner spell on Zoe and then pick up a snowball spell shard.
After picking up a snowball spell shard cast it and miss the opponent while your summoner spell snowball is OFF CD, (Sometimes works even if you hit as well) and multiple bugs occur as a result

You're W will now have a 60 second cooldown, preventing Zoe from picking up any other spell shards until the CD is gone. Dying fixes this bug.

You will be unable to cast the snowball summoner spell you chose to take in champ select.

even if you land the snowball there are rare times you cannot recast the W's second effect to dash tot he enemy you hit.
all three of these are easy to reproduce and will happen 100%,
