When you put the client into freakin low spec mode,

could some more than like.... 2 animations from hextech get removed? I still feel gated by minutes and hours every game and pretty much anytime you interact with the client for all the animations and fluff that serves no purpose but to add more frustration to this game because WHY IS THIS SCREEN TAKING A MILLION YEARS. I don't care that I just leveled up. I don't really care to watch a circle fill by 1 degree of arc over 10 sceonds and for the 'Ok' button to go out of grey 5 seconds later and take another 3 to respond. lol
