[CLIENT]Musketeer Twisted Fate uses old slice for skin selection

Instead of using the Chinese splash slice for skin selection for Musketeer Twisted Fate, it is still using his old slice. It's correct in the loading screen, but not in champion select.

I do not have a screenshot handy, but it is pretty easy to replicate.
