"Someone has unpaused the game"

Just played a game where 12-13 minutes into it everyone was disconnected, after about 1 minute we were all reconnected and it said that a certain summoner has unpaused the game. I'm not blaming them for it as they were very apologetic and no one reaped any benefits (although we did all disconnect while the enemy was taking dragon and i was on my way to stop it). I have their name in the picture, but that's just to show that it said someone in the game has unpaused it.
