low priority queue isnt all that fair

at paper its not a bad idea until ya come across players who don't mean to leave, if you don't know what im talking about here's a few examples that im sure just about everyone is familiar with. first we come across the game doesn't actually load so you wont be able to join at all and just get a penalty for your client just refusing to cooperate. next we come across the it takes so long to load by the time you join the game kicks you, heres a similar one you didnt connect first time but you eventually connect just to be kicked and given low priority. im sure there's more of this unfair bs but what i said is good enough, what im getting at is you shoudnt be penalized for failing to join a match, just waiting for 20 mins to even get in a match all bc of anything of the above, fun right??!
