Masteries bugged after update today

I can no longer Edit my masteries while in loading screen. i know its not an internet problem due to the fact i can change everything else its simply my masteries that cannot be edited. i press the edit masteries button becuase i only use 1 page and change it to each champ but for some reason after the update today it stopped working and i cant edit them
